Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the rate of 15%, as per New Zealand law. Please note that the final amount charged may vary based on the current exchange rate. All prices on our website are in NZD, and any transition or bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For current exchange rates, please consult your bank or financial provider.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price at checkout is the final price and will not change after payment is processed.

We only accept payments via Stripe. Stripe is a secure, industry-standard payment processor that ensures your payment details are handled safely. We do not accept other forms of payment.

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption technology. Your payment details are used only for the purpose of processing your order and are not stored or shared with third parties.

Stripe’s Terms and Conditions: By using Stripe to complete your transaction, you agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/legal. Suli & Co. is not responsible for Stripe’s policies, and you should review their terms before completing your payment.

If a customer overpays for an order due to a system error, we will assess the situation and refund the overpayment after verification.

Checkout Process

When completing your order, you must provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. By completing the checkout process, you authorise Suli & Co. to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. Delivery timeframes are estimated only, as we cannot guarantee there won’t be issues with couriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers or external factors beyond our control, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the cost of shipping or products. Customers must ensure their orders comply with the laws of their country.

If a package is undeliverable due to customs issues, incomplete addresses, or delivery failures, customers will be charged for re-shipping.

The courier is responsible for damaged packages. We guarantee the best wrapping and protection of our goods once packed.

If an item has manufacturing defects, customers should fill out the return form. Each case will be handled on an individual basis, as we strive to help if customers feel products are not up to standard.

Customers do not need to retain the original packaging for returns, but tags must remain attached to the product.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including pricing, availability, and colours. However, colours may appear differently on your screen depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee they will exactly match the product you receive.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or substitute product.
